privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2025
Fighters Unbound is committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only what’s necessary to deliver our services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it’s protected.
What We Collect
Wallet & Blockchain Data
When you connect a crypto wallet (e.g., via MetaMask), we store your public wallet address and on-chain interactions relevant to our platform. This includes which NFTs you own and any transactions linked to gameplay. We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or any other wallet credentials.
Activity Data (Optional)
If you connect a supported third-party app (e.g., Strava or future training platforms), we may collect data like:
– activity type (e.g., running, meditation, memory training)
– date, duration, and measurable metrics (e.g., distance or session time)
We do not collect location data, heart rate, or unrelated health metrics. We only access what’s needed to update your NFT’s attributes. The connection is token-based and uses the OAuth protocol; we never see your account credentials. You can revoke access at any time via the external app or by contacting us.
Contact Information (Voluntary)
If you email us or use a contact form, we may store your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry. We don’t use this data for marketing unless you opt in.
Website Usage Data
We may collect anonymized technical data like browser type, IP address, and general site behavior (e.g., page visits) to improve performance and detect misuse. We do not track you across the web, and we don’t show ads.
How We Use Your Data
– To verify NFT ownership and enable gameplay
– To update your NFT based on connected activity apps
– To respond to user inquiries
– To detect abuse or technical issues
– To improve site functionality and plan features
– To generate optional social media summaries (e.g., for X or Warpcast) after training sessions. These posts are created locally and can be customized or declined before sharing.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. Any data shared with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting or email platforms) is protected by confidentiality agreements and used only to help us operate the platform.
Data Retention
– Wallet and NFT data is essential for gameplay and tied to on-chain ownership. As this data is public and immutable by design, it cannot be removed.
– NFT metadata is a core part of the Fighters Unbound experience and is retained permanently to ensure consistency across platforms and integrations.
– Contact messages may be stored for follow-up and record-keeping but can be deleted upon request.
– Technical logs are retained temporarily for diagnostics and may be kept longer if required for security or fraud investigation.
Your Rights
You may:
– Request access to your data
– Ask us to correct or delete your contact info
– Revoke access to any connected app
We will respond to such requests promptly, and verify your identity to protect your privacy.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored data using access control, but wallet ownership and security remain the user’s responsibility. We make no guarantees regarding security, and users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and devices.
International Users
Fighters Unbound is accessible globally. Your data may be stored in different regions, but we apply the same protections regardless of location. Blockchain data is by nature public and decentralized. By using Fighters Unbound, you consent to any necessary international transfers.
Children’s Privacy
Fighters Unbound is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as the project evolves. Changes will be posted here, and significant updates will be highlighted. Continued use of Fighters Unbound means you accept the current version.
